These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Content Assistant Academy website, free live training, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

When you register for our training, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your registration.

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, videos, training materials, scripts, and templates, is owned by Content Assistant Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own learning. Any income or results discussed are examples and are not guarantees. Building income as a remote Content Assistant requires effort, skill, and consistent action. Your results will depend on your background, experience, and the work you put in, and may involve financial risk. We make no guarantees that you will earn any specific amount.
6. Third-Party Tools and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
